Capel Fellowship
We are a single church on two sites. The village chapel of Capel-le-Ferne houses a small group who meet on Sunday mornings at 10.30am for worship.
There are up to twenty folk each week and the service times are intimate and reflective. Every other week some of the Capel folk meet for Bible Study and prayer in a members home. In addition, food seems to be a key ingredient to the life together of Capel chapel. The fellowship is actively involved in the Capel farmer's market & the village pre-school. Alpha courses are run at Capel occassionally. (Watch this space!)
The fellowship is ably organized and led by Colin Patience who is part of the leadership team of Folkestone Baptist Church as a whole. Colin has been leading the Capel Fellowship for three years now and has recently been recognised as the lay pastor there.
